Founder & Owner, Liquid Web Designs

I’m a website designer and business strategy specialist spending the last 20+ years building Liquid Web Designs (LWD). Over that time, I’ve launched hundreds of websites and empowered countless entrepreneurs. I’ve also conduced seminars, created retail products, crafted business strategies and even coached other entrepreneurs through their own difficult journeys.

As a technology strategy partner to Black-owned brands, I’ve grown Liquid Web Designs from a simple web design company to a full-service web design, hosting, domain name and Internet consulting agency.

Black entrepreneurs tend to lag behind in leveraging technology, implementing digital strategies and improving internal processes. I’m determined to change that.

My mission is to empower the Black community through its business success.

    My Principles & Beliefs

A strong entrepreneurship base is necessary to build a healthy Black community and I dedicate my skills to building Black-owned brands as a vehicle for protest and empowerment.

    I believe…

Black people use technology too much for personal/social and not enough for business

We wait too much for the “right time”

We don’t acknowledge our own power and influence enough

We spend too much business attention on the creative and not enough on sales

We don't have proper business guidance so most of the time we're just ``winging it.``

It’s time we reclaim our lives through healthy dependencies

    We don't family enough!

    Melanin is magic!

    FAQs

Who are my customers? Who do I serve?

I serve the Black community. Largely entrepreneurs with great ideas and intentions but limited support. I offer a unique coaching/strategy/technology design model that Black businesses find it difficult to build on their own.

What tools do I use for Podcast guesting?

I use a MacBook Pro with:

    • 1080p full HD web cam
    • Rode VideoMicro USB mic with stand
    • Audacity
    • 660 LED Video Light (2)
    • Ring light
You have a LOT of topic content. Could we break it up?

Of course. My content can reach wide and sometimes be a bit dense. Simplifying and/or segmenting to make it digestible is a strategy. It may also make sense to split a topic across multiple episodes.

I NEVER talk in tech-speak. Only the talk of business.
