ECM Project Lead with PM Experience
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Program Manager (PM) will direct and manage the development and implementation of the Enterprise Content Management program and strategy to enable efficient organization and lifecycle management of documents and all critical content and records. The ECM PM will act as an advocate for ECM principles and applies those principles to enhance process efficiency and develop compliant processes that support improved regulatory and litigation response. Additionally the PM will be responsible for ensuring that the ECM program adds value, and contributes to the client organization's overall success. The PM will demonstrate: excellent planning, organizational and leadership skills, in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak with clarity and authority when presenting to a variety of audiences.
Organizational Change Management Specialist
The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved.
Senior Intranet Site Developer
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
- Must have five(5) years of web development experience using current Web development and graphic tools, as well as, Web Server and database administration
- At least three (3) years of experience designing, developing, and deploying Web sites and/or Web applications, including product selection, configuration, installation, maintenance, and site specific Web development languages and relational databases.
- Must have three (3) years experience in VB.NET or C#
- Must have three (3) years experience with ASP.NET.
- Must have experience in making websites available to users who need a different language.
